Before the coming into power by APC government in 2015 50% of government assets had already gone on extinction with Nigeria post office as one.  NIPOST REFORM INITIATIVE was never in APC manifesto  but it took a focused and intelligent public servant like Dr Adebayo Shittu as the then Minister of communication and digital Economy to initiate such a people oriented initiative which has not only reposition the services of NIPOST as not only being reliable but efficient and effective to use by all, rural dwellers inclusive, Today people working in our various NIPOST can testify that the agency if properly managed with the set standard Dr Adebayo Shittu left it can pay the salary wage bill of her staff and other running cost of the Agency as service provider of the federal government.
His Excellency Dr Adebayo Shittu exhibited his competency through some of his public oriented initiative and programs for 4yrs while serving as Minister of communication and digital Economy under the first tenure of the immediate past administration.
